History
Entered in service in 1909 on behalf of Compagnie Maritime des Chargeurs Réunis under the name of CORSE. With three other identical steamers, she inaugurates a service around the world inaugurates which will not meet an anticipated success and will be removed in 1911. Bought by Transat February 1910 and renamed NIAGARA. Used on the line Le Havre-New York and to connect Canada at the departure of Le Havre. Ensures a regular service on the line of New York during the whole duration of the first world war. In 1921, is temporarily used for a service connecting Hamburg to New York via Le Havre. In 1922, is transferred on the line Gulf of Mexico-Le Havre-Havana-Houston, which she will serve until 1930. Demolished in Le Havre in 1931.
