History
Built on behalf of Compagnie Fraissinet. Has a shaped stem of Maier type. Brought into service in May 1929 on the lines of Corsica. Used as patrol craft in 1939-40 then laid up. In January 1943, is seized by the Germans and is converted initially into patrol craft then as a minelayer. Renamed SG13. August 21, 1944, is scuttled in Marseille by the German troops in retirement. Refloated in 1946 then put in order. On September 26, 1947, sinks at her mooring berth in La Ciotat during a storm. Again refloated and transformed. Entrusted with management to Compagnie Générale Transatlantique in May 1948. Put again into service on the lines of Corsica in August 1948. During the winter 1952-53, receives new engines. Returned to the State in May 1966. Demolished in La Seyne in 1967, after a career of more than 37 years.
