History
American standard cargo liner of the type LAKE built in 1919 for US Shipping Board under the name of LAKE FILBERT (like her Sistership VANNES ex-LAKE FLATONIA). Alloted in 1932 to Nabesna Steamship Compagny, Portland, Oregon, renamed NABESNA. Acquired in 1940 by the Direction des Transports Maritimes, renamed ANGOULEME, placed under contol of the CGAM. Returned to the State in 1948, alloted to Delom & Scotti without renaming. Was Demolished in 1954.
